Summary: This is my third time staying here and I always recommend it. It’s very well kept, always clean and welcoming and close to a great restaurant and coffee shop. Located on a quiet street offers nice walks at the end of the day, along with a great view of the water.

Summary: we visited gladstone for the wedding of a friend and this house was perfect - it handled four of us getting ready for a wedding, was clean, quiet, and we LOVED the blueberry tart!

Summary: The studio room was comfortable. The furniture and appliances were relatively new or in excellent condition. The floor was vinyl plank. The bathroom has a retro feel, but the tub and sink area are in great shape. Minor improvements could be made, such as eliminating the occasional popping noise from the floors when the heat kicks in and the floors seem to expand slightly. The electrical connections of the TV, refrigerator and microwave need separate hardwired outlets and not extension cords. A box of Kleenex would be nice along with instructions for operating the TV (and new batteries fort he remotes). I would stay there again. The location is quiet, except for the annoying floor popping issue.
